Within 30 days of meeting with hospital executives and staff physicians, an owneship structure was implemented whcih brought the four building project from 0% to 95% occupancy, removed the asset from the hospital's balance sheet and provided the physicians with turnkey Class A office space and a majority interest in the project. |
